Job Summary
Conduct educational events at schools and adult education centers in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, and design these programs while creating educational materials. This flexible side job involves working with students and young adults to sensitize them about global connections, disability, and inclusion in the context of war consequences. The role supports a young pedagogical team with flat hierarchies, offering the chance to gain teaching experience and gain insight into an international NGO. Activities total approximately 10 hours per month at a rate of 20€ per hour, including a tax-free allowance up to 3,300€ annually.
Required Qualifications
- Studierende oder Personen mit ersten pädagogischen Erfahrungen
- Begeisterung für entwicklungspolitische Themen & globales Lernen
- Sensibilität im Bereich Behinderung und Inklusion
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen & interaktiven Methoden
- Kommunikationsstärke & eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität z.B. als begleitende Tätigkeit zu einem Studium
- Lust, Teil eines jungen, motivierten Teams zu sein
- Freiwilligkeit als Nebenjob (Tätigkeitsumfang von ca. 10 Std./Monat)
- Freiwilligkeit als freiberufliche Tätigkeit
- Bewohnung oder Verfügbarkeit in Bayern und Baden-Württemberg
- Angabe eines frühestmöglichen Eintrittstermins
