Job Summary
Lead, coach and support multiple teams across the Joondalup and West Perth Contact Centres to ensure consistent performance, engagement and member experience. Shadow current Team Managers, share coaching and leadership routines, drive performance through KPI management and coaching, monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with product and legislative requirements. Support change initiatives and business projects as required, with a focus on developing others and maintaining consistent performance standards.
