Job Summary
Flexible Schedule Personal Care Aide providing in-home support to clients to help them remain safe and independent. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), mobility assistance and safe transfers, meal preparation and nutritional support, medication reminders, light housekeeping and laundry, companionship and emotional support, transportation to appointments and errands, supporting clients living with Alzheimer's or dementia, and documenting care using AxisCare. Training and development opportunities are offered; CPR & First Aid certification is preferred or obtainable within 2 weeks. Must be 18+, dependable, with good communication and driving reliability. CPR/First Aid certification, background check, and TB test required or obtainable soon after hire. Schedule options include Full-Time and Part-Time with flexible hours. Location is Ivins, Utah, with in-person work expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Dependable, responsible, and professional
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks)
- Reliable transportation, valid insurance, and good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test (or obtain within 2 weeks)
- Previous home care or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
