Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a rotating 9-days-on/3-days-off schedule to a stable placed Houseparent role with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Two-person married couple must apply individually
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol while on duty)
- Two-spouse two-person role for couples who are legally married for at least two years
