Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) provide care and supervision for 8–13 students in on-campus homes, including daily supervision, medications, transportation to activities, devotional activities, budgeting, and household reporting. Initially a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple student homes, with eventual placement in a single student home. On-site benefits include salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO, with emphasis on safety, supervision, and mentorship in a structured, family-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement: legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Proven integrity and professionalism; role models for students
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
