Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on an on-campus student home: couples reside with a group of approximately 8–13 students, provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, and oversight of routines and schedules; drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. The position includes budgeting and household reporting, a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and eventual placement as a Houseparent living and working with the same students. Benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement options, and paid time off. Salary is $44,768 per person (about $168,000 total for a couple, with housing and meals on duty). Applicants must be married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, with a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift 50 lbs; and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol while on duty.
