Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role evolves from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses 27+, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple).
Required Qualifications
