Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, coordinate budgeting/household reporting, and transition from nine-on/three-off shifts to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meal provisions; requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses completing individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
