Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus. Couples reside in on-site student homes, provide care, supervision, mentorship, scheduling, medication administration, and transportation for a group of 8–13 students; lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; manage household routines and budgeting; and participate in a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with potential transition to a placed houseparent for long-term residence with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old.
