Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person, married-couple role living on-campus in a student home, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 8–13 students; duties include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle to a placed houseparent model with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and senior-level commitment; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; compensation per person is $44,768 annually (approx. $168k total per couple with benefits). Prospective applicants must apply individually. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license

- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
