Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and development-focused activities; schedule initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home where the couple lives and works with the same group of students; benefits include housing and healthcare, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
