Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples to reside on-campus in student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and home reporting. Nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students; compensation per person around $44,768 with comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
