Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in Hershey, PA, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support to a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across various student homes and can transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing, meals on duty, utilities, and more), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
