Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and supervision, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and handling household budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine days-on, three days-off cycle and may transition to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple, with free housing and benefits) plus relocation assistance and paid training. Requires on-site housing and full-time commitment; high school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; ability to lift 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty; pet limitations apply.
Required Qualifications

- Two spouses married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
