Flexible Pa

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent position located on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Initially duties cover multiple student homes with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same group. Includes comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and housing/meals on duty. Must be a legally married couple (both spouses) with at least two years of marriage, ages 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to obtain certification to drive student vans, and ability to assist with budgeting and reporting for the household. High school diploma or GED required; lifting up to 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
