Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent positions for married couples living on-campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like home environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home assignment.
