Job Summary
Pair of married individuals to work as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on-campus with 8–13 students, supervising, mentoring, administering medications, driving to activities, planning devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule. Includes relocation assistance and paid training, plus comprehensive benefits and housing. Requires two-spouse, legally married partnership for consideration; candidates must be age 27+ with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Both spouses must submit individual applications for consideration.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependents in the home
