Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside on campus in student homes (8–13 students) and provide supervision, mentorship, and support, including daily routines, medications, activities, devotions, and budgeting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Benefits include housing, meals on duty, insurance, retirement options, and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married status for at least two years; both spouses must apply individually.
