Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in a student home to provide care, supervision, and development for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Duties include supervising and mentoring daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and facilitating developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
