Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and development support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Initially rotating through multiple student homes on a nine-on, three-off schedule, with eventual placement into a single student home. Compensation is $44,768 per person (with total couple compensation around $168,000 when including housing/benefits). Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings, relocation assistance, paid time off, and paid training. Qualifications include experience with youth, HS diploma or GED, and both spouses being legally married for at least two years; both spouses must be age 27 or older and complete individual applications. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans are required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfort leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel is expected, with proselytizing prohibited. This is a unique, on-campus, two-person role with a strong focus on student success and a structured family-like environment.
