Two-person married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on-campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in an on-site home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
