Job Summary
Flexible Full-time on-campus Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple living in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, planning and engaging students in activities, devotions, and Sunday Chapel, managing household routines and budgets, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed Houseparent role with the same students. Includes on-campus housing and meals during duty, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; two individual applications are required for consideration.
