Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor ~8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and manage household routines and budgeting. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with potential transition to a placed Houseparent position. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to on-campus living with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
