Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Live on campus in student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, household management, medication administration, and engagement in student activities and devotions. Responsibilities include driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment for 8–13 students. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a legally married two-person couple with both spouses at least 27 years old, and a valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
