Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples to reside on-campus and supervise 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with a total annual compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits. Requires a high school diploma or GED, an active U.S. driver's license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older; must meet family housing constraints (no more than three dependent children in the home). Relocation assistance and two-person application requirement are part of consideration.
