Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles located on-campus in student homes, serving groups of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
