Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and supervise 8–13 students, providing mentorship and care, managing daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel visits, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with the same group of students. Responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, coordinating schedules, guiding student wellness, transportation, and family-like leadership. Requires experience with youth, a legally married two-person team (both spouses 27+), a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
