Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on-campus to supervise and guide 8–13 students in a home setting, providing care, mentorship, and activities; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role over time.
