Two-person married couple live-in role at Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents residing on-campus to supervise and mentor a group of ~8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, and lead daily devotions with Sunday Chapel. Initially cycle nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home to live/work with the same group. Includes housing, meals on duty, utilities, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses ages 27+ who are legally married for at least two years; must apply individually.
