Full-time two-person Flex Houseparent role resides in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions including Sunday Chapel. The role includes budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off duty cycle and eventual placement in a single student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two-year marriage tenure, age 27 or older for both spouses, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to live on campus and adhere to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, PTO.
