Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on campus provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving and coordinating activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/twelve-off cycle to a placed houseparent assignment with same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Two-person role for married couple employment applications
