Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in a student home, supervising 8–13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medications administration, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like home. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include base salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requirements include high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to be certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married couple for at least two years with both spouses aged 27+. The role is on-campus, on-site in Fernley, NV, with no remote work. Relocation assistance and paid training provided, along with housing and meals during duty periods.
