Two-person married couple role living on campus in student homes, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a two-person married couple arrangement with both spouses age 27+; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited pets. Experience with youth is preferred, and couples must complete individual applications.
