Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, coordinating routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from rotating nine-on/three-off duties to a steady home assignment; couples must be married and both apply individually for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse marriage for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Willingness to complete individual employment applications for both spouses
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- No alcohol permitted while on duty
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Household pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
