Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to provide supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and gradually transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and a legally married couple who are both at least 27 years old; both spouses must complete individual applications. A U.S. driver’s license is required, and relocation assistance is provided.

- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
