Flexible Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, managing household routines and schedules, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older, and adherence to campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol while on duty). Both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration.
