Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students in a family-like home, with duties including daily routines, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and progresses to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Compensation is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications. Required qualifications include youth-related experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free, alcohol-free campus.
