Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple living on-campus in student homes (8–13 students per home) to provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and handling budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed home.
