Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on an on-campus student home, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and sustaining a structured, family-like environment. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and PTO. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older.
