Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows an initial nine-on, three-off schedule as a two-person couple, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students in their own home.
