Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting, and coordinating household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
