Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples living on campus at Milton Hershey School. Couples provide care, supervision, and guidance to a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, routines management, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and supervising budgeting and reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent model living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires a two-person, married-couple setup, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
