Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of roughly 8–13 students, provide care and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and oversee budgeting and reporting; the role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent living with the same group. The position requires a two-spouse married couple, both aged 27+, with high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and van certification readiness, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, along with relocation support and paid training. Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
Additional Requirements
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
