Full-time, two-person Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and evolving from a Flex Houseparent to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person with comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Qualifications include experience with youth, a legally married two-person team, both spouses aged 27 or older, limit on dependents, a smoke- and weapon-free campus commitment, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED.
