Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, overseeing a group of 8–13 students. They provide supervision, mentorship, care, and support, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off and can transition into a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary per person (~$44,768) with total compensation for a couple around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training and PTO. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older. Both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
