Job Summary
Married couples serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (total ~ $168,000 per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive insurance options, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must complete individual applications; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be age 27 or older.
