Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents (married couples) reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting; initial nine-on/three-off schedule with eventual placement in a single student home, with comprehensive benefits and relocation training.
