Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed on campus in Mesquite, NV to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a family-like setting. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, schedule management, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel services, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student group. Nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation assistance and paid training included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
