Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person team) reside on campus in student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, manage daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a rotating nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule and eventual transition to a placed houseparent role. Requires two married spouses (both 27+) to apply, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-person role
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Legally married for at least two years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
- No alcohol on duty
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds
- Commitment to on-campus living and supervising 8–13 students
