Flexible Houseparents (Full-time) reside in on-campus student homes in Shelby, OH, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group.
